Children’s Colouring Books Are Corrupted Into Hilariously Dark Scenes

Everybody remembers spending time as a child penciling in coloring books. You were either the type to keep meticulously within the lines or you would gleefully go all over the page with wild abandon.

Of course, there is an adult coloring book but if, as an adult, you fancy having some coloring fun, you don't need a book tailored just for grown-ups. Plus the fact that it's kinda weird.

Instead you can just have some great fun and tarnish kids coloring books, putting a dark spin on them, just like this website, Coloring Book Corruptions have made it their mission to indulge in.

Here's how the idea started out, according to the website:

Boredom will produce a wide variety of things. One fine day whilst visiting my cousin, we decided to color. If not for her enjoyment of this hobby, this past time would have never been born. We sat down to begin and I casually flipped through a rather large coloring book. Perhaps it was fated that this particular coloring book was full of slightly deranged looking animals.

I could not help but imagine them plotting and feuding with one another. Inspired, I began to turn a seemingly innocent children’s coloring book into something both awful and hilarious (at least to me). I feel this concept should be shared with the world based on the twisted amusement it has brought me. I hope you’ll consider giving it a go yourself.
