If you're a cat and you have something striking about the way you look, get yourself on Instagram. Or, get your owner to get yourself on Instagram because you could end up as something of a minor star.
Like Coby the British shorthair for example.
Due to his beautiful blue eyes he's amassed over 300,000 followers on Instagram, and he's not even a year old yet. And he probably doesn't even know what the internet is. This is the world we're living in.
Coby lives in New York Cit and is owned by Rebecca Schefkind and had no idea at all that he would become an internet sensation.
She says on her blog, "I started an Instagram account for my cat as a joke. After 150k followers as well as free food and supplies from sponsors, I started to take it slightly more seriously. Slash I went full on crazy cat lady."
According to his Instagram description, Coby has 'an even bigger personality' than his big blue eyes.
It's not difficult to see how Coby made a sharp rise to success and internet stardom, he is adorable, just gaze into those eyes of pure azure and his faultless, soft fur as white as snow.and just you try to resist heading over to his Instagram profile and clicking the follow button.
Resistance is, as they say, futile.
Anyway, next time you're wondering what to post on Instagram to get some likes and possibly followers. Just go and buy a cute-looking cat, set up an account for them, and post pics of them instead.
Coby phone home?
