Real Models Become Barbie Dolls In This Creepy Yet Brilliant Photo Series

Fashion photographer Giampeolo Sgura makes a not-so-subtle commentary on the fashion industry and modelling with his photographic series for the December/January 2015 cover of Vogue Paris.

Just like the real Barbie dolls, Sgura places various models in a toy box which feature various professions, complete with the various accessories that go with them.

Each doll relates to a specific high-end fashion label to create a surreal depiction that blurs the line between fiction and reality.

Now i wonder how many guys out there will suddenly be taking a sudden interest in the latest Barbie fashions after seeing this and discussing it in the bar tonight with their buddies?
