Astronaut Tweets Incredible Pictures Of Aurora From Space
Reid Wiseman (@astro_reid) is an astronaut currently living aboard the ISS. As such he has an incredible vantage point of the earth. Sat 150 miles above this blue dot he was able to capture, and tweet, stunning photos of an aurora from space as the station traveled at speeds of 17,500mph.
Wiseman has made a habit of capturing stunning footage and images of the earth from space. He's previously shot amazing time-lapses of lightning which he shared on Vine.
And volcanoes erupting.
Along with some breathtaking images of cities seen from the heavens.
