New Call of Duty Trailer Stars Kevin Spacey

Kevin Spacey gives a little nod to his role as Frank Underwood in House of Cards in this trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, as the utter contempt he shows as a vengeful congressman is used to great effect.

Taking a glum view of democracy, he notes in the trailer how it has failed the free world in a dramatic speech that also notes how people don’t want freedom, just protection.

It all adds up to a pretty impressive ad, and word is that Spacey plays the lead character in the new game—a commander of a private army which he uses to attempt to overthrow the government.
