Heartbroken Little Girl Sings Fetty Wap’s '679' As Elegy To Her Poor Dead Goldfish

It's always heartbreaking when a pet dies, even if that pet is a goldfish. We all deal with the heartbreak in our own special way. Sometimes that involves drinking to forget, sometimes that involves singing you and your fish's fav song.

This little girl was grieving for her dead goldfish called Nemo, and part of the healing process meant singing the unusual elegy of Fetty Wap’s "679"—which was sung while the funeral procession marched along to Nemo's final resting place: the toilet bowl.

It's a obviously not a happy scene because of the loss, but watching the little girl sing, you know that it's a fine way to honor Nemo's memory. It's no doubt what he would have wanted.

"My Nemo!" she cries. "We had good times." Then she breaks into song.

The girl's sister was the one who filmed the unusual send-off, and put it on twitter to share with the world and give us all hope. Nemo, may your journey through the underworld be swift and peaceful.

RIP, little fishy.
