This latest one stems from his ongoing anger and frustration with the appeals court's decision to not reinstate the White House travel ban.
The Justice Department wants the executive order—which bans immigrants from seven majority Muslim countries from entering the country—back in place for reasons of national security, but it's not happening.
The latest Donald Trump tweets from the POTUS about it was an all caps "SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!", probably referring to the Supreme Court after he learned that the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals said it wouldn't block a ruling from a Seattle court that stopped the order.

We now already know the outcome of that "EASY D" but many wondered what Trump was referring to when he said the phrase. It most likely meant "easy decision" or "easy defeat" but "D" means something else as well.
