Dogs Have Been Helping People Catch Pokémon—Or Maybe They're Just Trying To Get Extra Walks

Pokémon Go mania is still sweeping the nation and it's showing no signs of relenting anytime soon. In fact with future updates coming, like people being able to swap Pokemon, it's probably going to intensify even more—if that's even possible–before it all starts to calm down.

If you're one of the people caught up in the madness then you'll probably find you're spending a lot more time outdoors than you were previously—which is one of the benefits of the popularity of the app.

Of course, you're probably not getting to see much because you're staring at your phone all the time. Still, you're outside so that's something.

Plus if you have a pet dog it's no doubt feeling the benefits of Poke-mania too.

Because they're probably getting walked a lot more than usual, in fact they've even been helping trainers catch Pokemon. Kind of.

Because when I say helping I mean people have been taking photos that look like the dogs are helping. Of course it's just a convenient and appropriate angle, but who really cares, it looks really cute.

It's not just dogs either, people have been snapping Pokemon with their cats, even rabbits. So there you go, even our pets aren't safe from this craze.
