There have been an endless stream of fanmade fake trailers that have been heart-plapitatinly cruel if you're a fanboy or girl of the Star Wars universe. Then people thought they were only going to get to see the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer if you went to the movie theaters but then news dropped that, no, we all get to see it!
And here it is. After all the fan stuff you can tell this is the real deal—it kicks off with a Sith Lord-type voice saying "There has been an awakening. Have you felt it?" John Boyega's character dressed in a Storm Trooper outfit then jumps into view, and we're off.
We also get a glimpse of the new look Storm Trooper helmets, X-wing, Millennium Falcon, and the new lightabers which come in the shape of a cross. The only downside to it, it's way, way too short. Ah well, at least there's no sign of a Jar Jar Binks.
The film is set around 30 years after Return of the Jedi and is due in cinemas December 2015.
