Tony Greenhand Is A Professional Joint Roller Who Creates Seriously Impressive Smokeable Art
If you misspent your youth rolling joints maybe you should have kept at it. Because you could've made a career doing it. Well, if you are as good as 26-year-old Tony Greenhand. Greenhand from Washington is a high school dropout who now makes thousands of dollars rolling and selling elaborate joints. What he calls Smokeable Art.
Greenhand's weed and paper sculptures take the form of AK-47s, pizzas, hotdogs, ice-creams, superheroes, and cartoon characters and they're all totally smokeable. He mastered the art of joint rolling in his youth, spending an entire weekend rolling them to nail how to roll a standard one.
Then after he left high school the world of Washington's underground marijuana culture beckoned. As his joint rolling skills continued to improve he started to try out various different shapes, like dragons and rockets.
At the encouragement of his buddies he began posting pics of his joint art to Reddit, from there the images went viral and people started asking him to roll them bespoke joints in various forms. So he took it on as a profession and is now an undisputed champion of his craft.
He now has celebrity clients and charges around $50 an hour for his services. A lot of the work he does ends up going for around $1,000 a piece, with his largest ever creation being a watermelon joint weighing in at 4.2lbs which was alight for three hours.
