It's a new year, which generally means people heading to the gym to pretend like they're going to turn over a new leaf and pump iron until they have the body of Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
But what it actually means is paying an extortionate amount of money to join a gym and then give up after about a month and try to leave. Only to find your contract means you have to pay the monthly fees for the rest of the year whether you go use the equipment or not. Bah, you say. BAH!
Which is why you shouldn't have joined in the first place. That and your inexperience means you'll be making rookie mistakes and become the laughing stock of all those toned muscle-heads, just like the foolish amateurs in this video.
